Up and running since February, Hillside Allotments are  situated in Ballinagran, Co. Wicklow.

All the plots come fully prepared with water on tap and free manure.





Any prospective alottmenteer is welcome to visit and have a look at the 100m2 and 200m2 plots available to them.

Public (local authority) or private: Private

Typical size of plots: 10m x 10m (100m2) or 20m x 10m (200m2)

Charges: The 100m2 plot is €350 and the 200m2 plot is €550 per allotment year.

Fruit tree planting allowed: Yes

Sheds/greenhouses allowed: Yes, but on sale from land owner only

Help available on site: Plots come fully prepared. Help and advice always available.

Secure storage: Both Allotment field and farm gate locked at night.

On-site car parking: Yes

Other amenities: Toilets provided. A picnic/bbq area coming soon.

Directions: From Dublin:
From the N11, take the second exit for Rathnew and Wicklow, then take the last exit off roundabout.

Go right off next roundabout over the flyover, and take the BlackHill rd continuing on up the Hill.

The entrance to farm hosting the allotments is first on the left after the forestry.

From Arklow:
From N11 Take first exit for Rathnew and Wicklow, then as before.
